Thank you for shopping with Drive Me Nuts. We value your trust and strive to deliver the highest-quality dry fruits and nuts. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@drivemenuts.in with your order number.
  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or spoiled.
  • You received a wrong item that you did not order.
  • The product is expired or tampered with upon delivery.

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund will be processed in the following cases:

  • Canceled orders (before shipment)
  • Defective or damaged product verified by our support team
  • Order not delivered due to our logistics error

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or taste preferences
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds for online payments will be credited to the same payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer upon verification.
  • You will be notified by email or SMS once your refund has been initiated.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on stock availability).

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order and accompanied by proof (photos/videos).
